Processing and Delivery

We process orders within 1–5 business days. Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking details.

For deliveries to the United States and Canada:

• Standard shipping: typically 8–23 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping: 5–9 business days after dispatch, for an additional fee.

Order processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Charges

Orders of US$100 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States and Canada. Other shipping charges and available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Customs and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged at the destination. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
