We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States and Canada, and we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within the United States and Canada. 

Once you place your order, we will process it within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 8-23 business days within the United States and Canada. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be delivered within 5-9 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged when shipping to international destinations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at support@ebukurty.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. If you do not have the original packaging, please use a sturdy box or envelope to prevent damage during shipping.

Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered safely.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. We will issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges and that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as for a return. We will issue an exchange once we receive your return and inspect it for its original condition. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange as necessary.

Final Sale Items

Some items on our website may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked as such on the product page.

Cancellation Policy
