I bought this 3XL maroon dress as a gift. The style is undeniably chic and the color is rich. However, the material blend of 70% polyester and 30% viscose is the main issue. It has very little give and is not breathable, making it feel restrictive and clingy in an unflattering way. The lack of stretch is a significant concern for curvier 3XL figures. My advice: if you are between sizes or have a larger bust/hips, definitely size up once, maybe even twice, for comfort. It's a beautiful dress for a short event, but not for all-night wear or warm weather due to the poor breathability.
