However, the breathability is a major letdown. While it's fine for lounging, it traps heat surprisingly during sleep, making it less than ideal for anyone who sleeps warm. The fit is true to size, but the fabric has minimal stretch. For a similar style with better temperature regulation, I'd recommend looking for a viscose blend or pure cotton. It's a decent loungewear set, but not a top performer for actual sleeping.
